Researchers at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute fed rats a freeze-dried, aqueous extract of broccoli sprouts. The development, number, size and progression of bladder cancer were greatly reduced, while the extract caused no observable changes in the bladder.

A Purdue University study found that citrus juices and Vitamin C increases the amount of green tea’s catechins for the body to absorb.
